Veighen 09-08-06, 08:03 AM I get eye twitching too, off and on, but , usually it is because I am tired. Or straining my eyes, could you be tired maybe? Perhaps Dex is preventing you from getting a good sleep at night? robinpooh19 09-08-06, 10:27 AM Hi Veighan, Thanks for the quick response. I have not been able to go to sleep till 2am so it might be that. I wish there was a ADD medication that let you get sleep :( Scattered 09-08-06, 11:27 AM Hi, I just started dex again. I know when I started on a combination of stimulent and SSRI I developed an eye twitch and other annoying tics. I'd talk to your doctor if I were you. Scattered JustNeedHelp 09-08-06, 05:26 PM i had prety bad eye movement when i started dex but it when away after a week or so if its bothersom have your doc lower your dose (or lower your dose on your own) try maybe 2.5 or 5 mg's until your body gets use to that then go to 10 let your body adjust for me the eye movement went away i am taking ethex now and it seem sto be wonderful so far i have my fingers crossed it stays like that QueensU_girl 11-07-06, 08:30 PM I had it with Effexor and Manerix. (It's called a Blepharospasm. It's not a *true* myoclonus or tic.) robinpooh19 11-08-06, 02:20 AM Does it stop? solitary bee 11-08-06, 09:26 PM if you get some good shuteye, it'll stop. a couple of months ago i got a muscular spasm above the corner of my mouth, left side. when i watched in the mirror, there was a subtle movement as the edge of my lip was pulled upwards. it was awful and alarming. glad it was only for that day. |
