i have started going to a local target shooting club, and lately i am having trouble focusing my vision on the targets.. when i usally score close to 200 out 200. i have just started taking my dex when shooting, and i didn't before. i'm not sure but i think it could be affecting my vision? i take 2x 5mg dex about 20 mins beforehand. anyone ever experience this? my doc has no idea? i'm getting my eyes checked tomorrow..i have 20/20 vision so i don't know whats going on. being a photographer this is kinda scary.

ps. unrelated to this, i bought some omega 3,6,9 today and will see how it goes.

I know this is a really old post, but it was the first thing that came up when I searched "dexedrine and eyesight" on google. I've been wondering about this too...sometimes my eyes feel buggy...like you feel when you've smoked pot...and it can be hard to focus sometimes. I've been on 15-20mg daily for a couple years, and at times have taken as much as 40mg, but I'm trying to wean off. The vision thing, coupled with huge bags under my eyes (I'm 31, and it seems like I'm getting enough sleep/eating okay) make me question dex's continued use -though I don't know what I'd do without it. Anyway...no real help, just sympathy I guess.

You said your weaning off could it be withdrawl possibly? Did your doctor give you a plan for weaning off?

Im on 15mg, Iv had that happen once or twice before but I always noticed in my case on those days i had drank alot more caffeine then water. Not sure if thats the same thing with you. Did you ask your Doc?
