How long does it last? I'm curious...

My dose was upped to 30mg, but it proved to be too much for me. My doc recommended I take 20mg on Friday, a holiday this weekend, then 20mg on Monday & Tuesday. I see her on Wednesday morning. But I feel like crap today, and anticipate feeling crappy again tomorrow. This makes me not want to take it on Monday or Tuesday, despite the fact that I'll probably have rather low productivity at work. I don't want to go through withdrawal again on Weds, Thurs, etc., if I just went through it on Saturday & Sunday. Will I still feel like garbage on Monday or Tuesday?

This stuff scares me, the withdrawals scare me, and I don't want to take it any longer! (Maybe I'd feel differently if it worked better for me...)

I have recently been moved up to 20mg, and it does help me get moving and removes the "fog" in my head. However, it really only seems to last 5 to 6 hours. It doesn't last all day like it is suppose to.

20mg used to last me about 8 hours... no more, alas.
