if you already bought then go ahead and take it

i wouldn't recommend it though

don't get me wrong, it definitely works

the only problem is that if you stop taking it your gains will go away

you need to drink as much water as you possibly can throughout the day

that is the most important thing you can do while on creatine

Whey protein is probably a better investment.

go to Bodybuilding.com

Their website and forums are as informative for fitness and nutrition/supplementation as ours is to ADD.

PS. Creatine's fine.

I can testify than creatine works for strength and endurance. I went on a real exercise kick and used creatine to keep me from being sore the next day (I used to get virtually crippled from the lactic acid burn). I could lift and run every day and not get sore. I got really nice muscle definition and great run times.

Like others have said, you have to drink a lot of water. I was constantly downing water and still sometimes muscle cramps in my calves would wake me up in the middle of the night (I'd never had that before.) Overall I'd recommend creatine though.

Now there's even research that says it's good for your brain too. Here's a link that says it improved memory and intelligence in test subjects:
http://www.webmd.com/content/article/72/81723.htm
There's also been studies that say people who are taking at the time they get a brain injury recover faster than non-creatine users.

My one reservation about it now that I'm getting treated for ADD is I could swear it works against Strattera. I've had a huge drop in ADD symptoms since I started Strattera, and now that I'm doing so well and getting so organized I thought I could get my exercise program going again. I've restarted creatine twice and both times I've gone through a period where I started forgetting things, missing appointments and acting like a total flake. I've asked the doctor and checked the internet for warnings on interactions and haven't found anything. But the coincidence seems too strong. Anybody else notice something like this?
