Jay,
Are you having problems breathing or pain down your arm. I would call a medical person ASAP. Chest pain is not something to mess with. I don't know the answer abou the ritalin, but I do know you don't mess with chest pain. Again Call someone right away.
Good luck,
Jim

Jay,
Sorry I think I may have reacted before I thought things through. Big suprise Huh. :D I checked your profile and realized you are quite young. If the Chest Pain is bad call someone otherwise ignore my advice. I wish I could help with the ritalin question.

You should bring this to the attention of your parents and doctor.

Stimulant induced chest pain is NEVER NORMAL. You need a doctor to evaluate because chest pain can have so many unimportant causes... but someone who KNOWS how to tell the difference needs to do so.

thanks everyone for the information provided. the chest pains stopped and i havent had them anymore. i think i may have pulled a muscle right over my heart on my chest. I rock climb so...that can happen, but im still going to talk to my dr about the chest pain.
