You need to get your child to his pediatrician to discuss the possibility of autism, have the doc refer you to a psychiatrist who specializes in autism.

As of right now the most effective, research proven treatment for kids with autism is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I urge you to find a psychiatrist who specializes in autism and deal with this right away.
If it is autism, the sooner the child is diagnosed and begins treatment (such as ABA) the better off the child will be.

If you would like to know more about ABA, feel free to private message me.

Best wishes to you!
