I've been taking Strattera for 2-3 weeks, and i switched to my latest dose (120mg in the morning) 2 days ago.

Occasionally during the day, I smell a very bothersome, "chemical" smell. It doesn't seem to come from anywhere in particular; it doesn't matter where I am and it doesn't seem to come from my body. I haven't changed cologne, deodorant, toothpaste, hair gel, etc.

So I think the smell is "in my head". Has anyone had a similar reaction?

I definitely have noticed it. My wife calls it a metallic smell. It comes off my breath and skin. It is not really distinct though. I've been on Strattera for over a year now.
