I'm aware that this is an advisement made on dexedrine spansules, and also I've never actually tried that type of schedule. Does anyone here take this type of regiment?

As mentioned in a thread earlier today some people take the dexedrine IR tabs to help them go to sleep. Im not one of these people but i usually try to have 4 or 5 hours between my final dose of the day and sleep.

I take IR tabs though so im not sure on just how effective the spanules are and how long they last. Its probably an individual thing like most meds.

I used to take Dexedrine Spansules. They last 6-9 hours, depending on your bodily system.

Good for kids and people who cannot remember to take a Dexedrine IR pill every 3-4 hrs.

When i used them, i took 1 Spansule in the AM (they work almost as fast as the IR tablets), and then i'd add 1 IR during the late afternoon -- around 3pm.
