Started Celexa about 5 days ago, just wondering when I should expect to start seeing a difference, (if I do).

Give it a few weeks. It takes a while for SSRI's to kick in. It varies a bit from person to person.

Yeah, when SSRI's first came out, they were talking about near instantaneous results, but that's turned out not to be the case. Give it a few weeks and don't expect the med's effects to necessarily become dramatically apparent. You may just notice one day that you feel better and have been feeling so for a while.
