Hey!
I don't know about you guys but when I hit rock bottom, I want to know that there is hope, because honestly there always is, even if you can't always see it at the time.

I think the best way to gain this confidence and hope for the future is to look at other's and our own sucsesses.

So let this thred be a happy one. One where we can give eachother, hope and motivativation and to reward ourselves for our triumphs.

Got motivation or sucsess stories, feel free to reply.

Hi every one!!
I just want to say that, being diagnosed for ADD has been one of the best things that ever happened to me. The ADDERALL I have been placed on has helped me soooooooooooooooooooooooo much. I just got my report card back from school and my GPA is currently a 3.8333 average, this is a huge acheivement for me, and I also am not spending as much time on homework as I use to. To those who beleive taking meds will get rid of your creativity, this is a MYTH!!!!! My creativity is still here, I am just able to focus it into more productive uses.

THAT WAS MY SUCCESS STORY!!!

as I stated i would try to post something this weekend. My biggest success is that I have really started to look at my interactions with others and how I do things. I have begun to use coping skills and really let my family know that there are times that I may be more grumpy than others but it is not them but it is me. I know now that these are the times that I need to just be bymyself and not take it out on others. this really more than anything else helped my relationship with my wife and kids.

I dropped out of my chemistry class 1 year ago... Tutors, profs, friends, nothing... I couldn't grasp the concepts if my life depended on it. This summer I was diagnosed with ADHD and it's been an absolutely roller coaster of emotions, but I am for once in my life realizing my potential as a person... So, yesterday I met with my chemistry prof as I'm having to take it again, to discuss my grade and how I'm doing. Guess what? Nothing to worry about... I have the top grade in my class. :D Never in my life did I think I'd be "that person." Feels AWESOME

Today!!
I decided to take a risk, I decided to replace every negative thought that I had with a positive one. And it worked better than I could have imagined. I watched myself glide to classes with confidence, socializing with ease, and actually feeling relaxed. By just changing my thinking I have made one so- so day really really great, I never knew that one positve thought could change your life, but it can, I strongly reccomend it to you all.
