I brought out my gorgeous turkey to carve it, and could not find the breast meat anywhere, appeard it had shrunked into the cavity of the bird! Then, I could not find the freeking legs! I am thinking, what's wrong with this tukey?? Well, I found everything I was looking for on the BOTTOM side of the pan, as I had roasted the thing UPSIDE DOWN! lol. But, the breast meat was unusually moist and tender, from roasting in the juices at the bottom of the pan!

Anyone else have an ADHD holiday??

I didn't cook this year, but I have been known to leave the package of giblets, etc. in and cooked the turkey. Heheheheheh :D

I left the giblets in a few years ago...lol That was the one and only time I cooked Thanksgiving dinner.
