what do you people think of the boom and bust with home prices? how bad has it affected your area? I've seen some homes
in crappy neighborhoods spike up two to three times in value about a year or so ago...

This is a rather strange introduction, to an ADD support community.

Your initial post sounds like an opening line to some sort of advertising. . . I have enough people trying to sell me crap every where else I go, I am glad they do not allow it any where on this site. Aren't you?

Welcome to the forums as long as you are not here to try and us sell stuff. . . if you are here to sell stuff then you have landed in the wrong place. . .that sort of thing isn't tolerated here. We are here for support, we didn't come to buy any thing. . . that is what e-bay is for!

If your life is affected by ADD and you are here for support then please do make your self at home. . .ADD support is the only thing this site is all about.

All I know is I'm relieved my house sold and our new house closed and it all worked out in a buyer's market both ways. (and that I don't have to even think about it this holiday season)
