View Full Version : Favorite Christmas Movie
AndreaPurple 11-25-06, 11:28 PM Ok, we have the "Favorite Christmas Song" thread, so I thought this would be fun too...
My favorite Christmas movie is The Year Without A Santa Claus, some of you might know it as Heatmiser/Snowmiser movie. (I'm Mr. Heatmiser, I"m Mr. Sun, I"m Mr. Green Christmas, I'm Mr. hundred and one! Whatever I touch, starts to melt in my clutch, I"m too much) hehehehe:D
EYEFORGOT 11-26-06, 02:39 AM "A Christmas Story" hands down!
We are "religious" about watching every year, and my kids have even requested it in the middle of summer as well.
fasttalkingmom 11-26-06, 07:31 AM I have more than one
National Lampoons Christmas vacation " the s***** is full" .... :D
Santa Clause (the first one)
Miracle On 34th Street (the older one and the newer one)

Oh yes I forgot this one on my list !!!!
peridot 11-26-06, 02:24 PM Another vote for "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation"
Also the Alastair Sim version of "A Christmas Carol" but I must confess that I like just about any version of "A Christmas Carol" as long as it's not musical and not updated.
And "The Nutcracker" -- though that's really a ballet, not a movie, though it has been filmed.
auntchris 11-26-06, 04:33 PM I also have more than one...
Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus.
Miracle on 34th Street
Frosty the Snowman ( i love all the kids shows.)
Any Christmas sppecials
njtrout 11-26-06, 05:45 PM Does a "Charlie Brown Christmas" count in this category? If yes, then that is one of my favorites.

Although I've never saved anyone from drowning, I hope I've touched some lives in a positive way. :) It really is amazing, that is something we really don't think about until it is shoved in our faces like that huh?:o

livinginchaos 11-27-06, 07:19 PM My favorite is "White Christmas"
A Christmas Carol. I like all the version, but really like the Disney Micky Mouse one :)
I can not believe I forgot Charlie brown !!!!How could you have forgotten Charlie Brown and his poor pitiful tree?
I must confess that I think of him right before the 25th when I see stores trying to sell those dried out trees with falling needles everywhere.
My faves are White Christmas and the original "Grinch" for a kids movies although the claymation Rudloph is way up there too.
I love the classics
