I was going to say, "The Paper" with Michael Keaton, but then I don't have a wife in the same field as me, and I'm certainly not more successful than she is. But the clock speeding my day around, the intensity, the impulsivity...every ADHD person should see it. Jeez, I love that movie. Wife can't handle it...too intense for too long. Also, if a movie is so like your life, you probably couldn't watch it, because it would mirror all of your flaws.

I'd like to say "A Scanner Darkly," but that'd just be wierd. More schizophrenic than ADD.

How 'bout "Hi Fidelity"? Great ADHD movie...but not me either. He's far too cool to be me.

I'm sorry. This has turned into movies I love instead of movies similar to my life.

But I'll check out Bobby Long. Sounds interesting.

The Wild. I am always lost and someone is always looking for me. Usually finding me somewhere I shouldn't be doing something I forgot why I was doing but was somehow trying to prove a point! I am always trying to find my "roar".

ordanary people from 1980. I read the book in high school and then seen the movie. I can really relate to what that kid was going thru trying to find a way to fit in and still be true to himself. sometimes I still have that problem. to this day that movie never fails to affect me.

This is hard. It is going to take some thinking about........
It has to be some comedic tragedy where everything starts out ok and then goes terribly wrong..... and then gets worse and we are still waiting for the ending.

The first thing that came to mind is Driving Miss Daisy...I'm just getting older, getting about places slow, and losing my memory and mind for sure...

I sobbed till my shirt was soaked. Didn't take tissue to the theater! Used the hem to wipe my eyes.

I'm not diagnosed with a dissociative disorder, but that's how my mind works.
BTW, I'm a late-middle-aged female librarian, so I don't mean the movie reflects my outward appearance, just the inner.
