I took my Strattera the next day but earlier, so there was a 17 hour seperation not 24 hours.

Is that too early? Does taking it earlier like that ruin your tolerance?

I've read not to exceed your dose 'in a 24 hour period' and that taking the med at the exact same time every day is ideal.

I've also read how ruining your tolerane can take TWO WEEKS or something to correct..

Anyone got insight on this subject?

Never heard about the ruining your tolerance thing. What I can tell your is that sometimes I've taken my Strattera at 2 pm one day and at 10 am the next day (say, if I wake up at 2pm on a Sunday and then on 10 am on Monday). I've done this several times, and I don't think I've noticed anything different on those days. However, I don't feel much of an effect from the Strattera anyway, so frankly it would be hard to tell if the effectiveness goes down after doing that.

BTW: Where did you hear about your tolerance getting ruined for 2 weeks if you take too much?
