Did you find more ability to focus after that switch? Did you have intensified side effects?

I don't remember whether I could focus better, but I definitely got side effects like the ones I got when I first started taking the medication (sleepiness, stomach discomfort for about half an hour after taking it, chemical smell on my nose). However, those were temporary and mostly went away after being at the same dosage for a while. I've noticed that every time I've gone up in dose with Strattera the side effects come back temporarily. Then again, it makes sense as you're body is readjusting to more medication.

I felt good effects briefly at 40 mg and then they disappeared. Same at 80mg. I'm at 100mg now and it seems to have stabilized.

Each time I went up I also felt increased side effects, then they faded too. The only side effect that lasted very long was the tiredness, so I used to take the whole dose at night. Now I take 60mg in the morning and 40 mg at night. No side effects.

Now I'm focusing very well. The only trick for me is to keep positive and exercise for more energy. Strattera doesn't seem to do that for you.
