Below is a link to one of the funniest recordings I have heard in years. The funniest thing about it is that it is real.

A buddy of mine sent it to me last year at Christmas time, and claimed that it is a recording of someone from an office across town who wanted to sing at the anual office Christmas party. The person you will hear made a recording of himself singing "Oh Holy Night," and sent it to his boss as a demo in the hopes that his boss would let him sing at the Christmas party. Instead the boss made the recording public.

Beware: Empty your bladder before listening to this. It is hilarious, and brief.

Lars, almost as bad as Leonard Nimoy's album of classics. We actually have that on vinyl here.

Wow. That made me cringe.

It sounded like the many auditions to American Idol. What I don't understand, is how do these people cannot tell that they don't sound good. Do they not play back to themselves what they sang? I guess if they're so tonedeaf to sing out of tune, maybe they're too tonedeaf to recognize how bad it sounds when they hear it.

It doesn't matter if you're just having fun with your friends, a night of karaoke, (maybe with a few drinks involved). But in an audition?

Have you ever had to sit in CHURCH and listen to people sing like this? And NOT LAUGH? I have to leave the building or go to the bathroom. And the kicker? They let them sing AGAIN! Too true! Talk about deaf and dumb!

Raddmom, Theres a guy in our choir at church that is off by a full note and nobody can say anything. The first time I heard him I said quietly to my friend. My God, he's horrible. I hope I'm forgiven for using Horrible and God together. Sorry up there.
