Well off to sleepy happy land with ya,,,,I apparently have to pull an insomnia act...hmmm...missed my meds yesterday? Took Adderall,,had about 6 cups of coffee...energy charged manager / client meetings...paid bills...and realized to freaking much month at the end of the money...and we are covered in snow....

the makings for insomnia....

I tired and am having trouble sleeping even tired. Need to go back on Trazodone if at all possible. Checked medscape, no interaction problems with current meds! Yeah. My Fibro pain and sleep probs will improve now!
