I'm adjusting meds and could really use some help.

Lets say you take 10 mg pops of dexedrine one day, 20 the next, and find that's too much so you wanna go back down to 10. Do you now have to go off the med for day or something and go back on so your tolerance normalizes, or can you keep taking it and your tolerance will normalize on its own?

Would really appreciate any insight.

I'm not sure what "10mg pops of Dexedrine" means. From my own experience with Dexedrine, I would say that adjusting back to a 10mg dose from a one day dose of 20mg would not be an issue at all. We are all different though, so maybe your response might not be the same.

So for example I have 10 mg spansules. A spansule releases 5 mgs at once twice daily, so taking two together means I'm taking two 10 mg bursts a day
