I am new here, so i hope i am posting in the correct area, and not repeating something that has already been said.
since it is a popular topic, i wanted to let everyone know the final word on this.
after trying each month, to fill my rx for brand name "dexedrine", and being either told that its on backorder, or it is discontinued, i finally called Glaxo, or SKB , and they told me that it has "officially" been discontinued for good.
This was a few days ago.
so, i gues there are only generics at this point, unless you consider Dextrostat, a sort of "proxy" for a brand name...

That is terrible... R.I.P. well I have been getting DextroStat from now on and my doc needs to do the 10 mg dose then, my biggest problem with the dexedrine for 5 months now was doing the generic rotation and having the "new med" side effects on a monthly basis (taking me from scrawny to looking like a male "Nichole Ritchie") and the fact that after a 20 year history of persistent non-compliance with this drug I am being monitored for abuse of it due to the bug eye deal fake catatonic affect etc. My doc will be glad when I let him know so I can at least get the same brand...
