I just started on prozac a week ago and noticed myself not getting as much done after work (I am a teacher), do you think its just me being distracted like everyone this time of year... or maybe the meds aren't working as well?

I would think so. I believe most antidepressant drugs (especially those only working on serotonin) are known to reduce the efficacy of stimulants (reducing pre-frontal dopamine activity). Many here have reported SSRI type drugs making their ADD worse (being treated for depression before being diagnosed with ADD) as well.

In regard to drug interactions/metabolism... Concerta would increase the level of the SSRI found in the body. So this could be countering the Concerta in some way. Maybe you could try lowering the Prozac dosage?
