I found this when I was reviewing quotes to add to my blog page.
I think this is one of the easiest to "relate" to descriptions of what it's like to struggle with the "inner" goings on of the Inattentive ADDer's mind!
I know if you understand you'll have to chuckle at this one
Sometimes it's harder to attain inner silence than outer silence. The dog stopped barking and the kids have gone to bed, but your mind has a lot to talk about and it knows you can't pretend you're not at home. ~Linda Solegato
