Abilify is an atypical antipsychotic. I take it for sensory issues. Its a sedating medication; I doubt it would have anything to do with ADHD.

Well I asked this because I've heard that it has mild stimulating effects.

My son takes Abilify for ODD/Bipolar. It has no effect on his ADHD, unfortunately ... he is still bouncing off the walls. It helps, though, with his impulsivity and oppositional behavior. We're still titrating the dosage, though, so this isn't a final answer, sorry.

That's ok. No problem. Just mentioning my reason for posting in the first place. I read from some posters that it has mild stimulating effects and I wondered if it is stated anywhere as at least a hypotisis/theory state... If that all makes since.
