I can only get Dex and Ritalin where I live. Does anyone have any advice how to reduce the negative effects, particularly the nervousness with the dex and the nauseous feeling with the Ritalin?

Dex
-Usually my head feels ‘a bit fuzzy’, dex makes it feel totally clear.
-Makes me sound really nervous and to a lesser extent feel nervous.
-Can’t sleep – I had 5mgs at 2am, it is now 4am.(my head still feels clear though-it seems to last forever, although nothing like at peak)
-Dry mouth, it’s 14 hours after having it and it feels dry still!
-Smooth comedown.

Ritalin
-Feel fantastic mood wise, extremely optimistic about the future, feel like I could achieve anything and do anything.
- No nervousness at all
-When it wears off after a couple of hours I get a headache and feel nauseous, if I have more that nauseous feeling still doesn’t completely go away.
