hi.Do u find that stimilant meds for adhd hepl with anxiety problems?

Very subjective, some people claim stimulants help their anxiety. If the medication helps adhd symptoms, I could see it helping anxiety. Generally stimulants aggravate anxiety.

Dex makes me very nervous. Ritalin doesn't work as well for 'ADD' but it's a better choice for me coz I dont feel anxious with it. You just have to try them all and see what works.

No, what happens is they make anxiety worse. After being on the medication for a while and getting used to it, you may find the reverse true. You may find yourself more anxious without it...as I do.
