I have recently started taking adderall (4 days ago). For the first 3 days I had this wonderful feeling and new outlook on life. It was almost a euphoric feeling. Today the 4th day it was all gone and I noticed that I had lost some of the focus and concentration I had previously. I am not sure how I should feel and if I should ask the doctor for a slight increase. I am currently on 20mg a day. I know the euphoric feeling was from the introduction of the medicine into my system but I am most worried about the loss of focus and concentration.
