i was just put on 2x15mg per day of dexedrine spansules, and i was wondering how you all space them out.

i just moved over from adderall xr30, which lasted somewhere between 8-9 hours. hopefully this will give me a longer, consistent range of coverage.

I take the dose of spansules of Dexedrine one twice per day One of those was 100% more effective than adderall xr but it seems to be individual with people.

I take my first round around 6, when I get up. For me, I find it best for my second round to be taken around noon. But that is just me with my genes, my work schedule, my dosage, etc.
