I take adderall 20 mg tabs, I'm hearing dex is not as bad coming down than adderall, is that true, cause i've been having a hard time coming down from adderall, feel like **** for hrs, so do yall have some good advice for some different meds besides adderall that has less side effects? -thanks yall.

the dex wears off so gentle you don't notice it..well, I don't anyway :-)

one thing you might want to try, is keeping your fluids up. when you start to feel lousy , start drinking a few glasses of water...


If you drink 2 or more litres of water per day, i would bet you wouldnt feel as bad

I dunno, I get pretty grumpy on the come down from dex.

I take 10mg with breakfast, and 10mg with lunch. Then at about 7pm I'm grumpy and irritable for about 1 hour.
