Use what works for you and find that dose through the titrate up process as determined by your doctor. J jaioublie 01-21-07, 03:08 PM If I well understood my Dr. the conversion factor from adderall to concerta is rather 3.6, so adderall XR 20mg would correspond to concerta 72mg. I wonder what is the correct answer? But I would really like to know! For me in reality both worked quite differently...so converting one in to the other would be trying to convert apples into pears. |
