Just curious if anyone knows the dosage comparisons from Adderall XR to Concerta, for example 20mg of Adderall XR = XX of Concerta

My doses went 81mgs Concerta to 60mgs Adderall XR but they surely were NOT equivalent medications for me. Use what works for you and find that dose through the titrate up process as determined by your doctor.

If I well understood my Dr. the conversion factor from adderall to concerta is rather 3.6, so adderall XR 20mg would correspond to concerta 72mg.
I wonder what is the correct answer? But I would really like to know!
For me in reality both worked quite differently...so converting one in to the other would be trying to convert apples into pears.
