My son is 10 years old and has ADHD. He is currently on 20 mg. of Dexedrine a day and the doctor has talked about putting him on 25 mg. of Zoloft for his anxiety. Was wondering if anyone has had their child on this combination and how it has worked. Thanks

In terms of interaction you are ok. I've never taken 20mg dexedrine/25mg zoloft combo but I was taking several methylphenidate based meds and 50mg zoloft. One thing you will need to watch for (not cuz of combo but cuz of the dexadrine alone), is the risk of tics. I got tics when I took ritalin and metadate CD so I had to add clonodine when that happened. At this point I don't take ad/hd meds for that reason. Just making you aware.
