I've seen my doctor a few weeks ago and I told her the 30 mg of Adderall XR I'm taking is wearing off in the afternoon around 3 pm. She told me to take 20 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the afternoon. Since doing that I notice when I take the 10 mg in the afternoon I feel sleepy. Is it normal? Is anyone have the same problem?

Yes, there have been other post's complaining of this including myself.

I have quit taking mine and seeing a new doc tomorrow.

Another thing that I noticed is that if I didn't get enough sleep and eat well, the Adderall can reach a point after a certain amount of days where it just doesn't work well and caused quite a bit of fatigue for me.

Either way, talk to your doc about this.
