Is there a way to refresh my posts so I don't have to go through all of them to see if anyone has replied to them?

Under the quick-links dropdown menu is an option for your subscribed threads. First make sure you have subscriptions enabled in your user control panel, then check subscribed threads for posts in BOLD type--those are new.

well you can subscribe to them that way an email is sent to you when someone has replied to a thread of yours. You can also go to your profile and click on all post by this user. It will give you your latest posts. I hope that helps.

I don't know how to enable a subscription. What does a subscription do?

In user control panel, edit options, about halfway down is messaging and notification. Change default subscription mode to Instant Email notification and views will be refreshed each time somebody posts to a thread you have started or posted in. You will also get an email for each reply.
