I found a webpage on Concerta's website that helps to explain OROS. If someone else can make this explanation simpler, please do so. I want to learn more about this oros myself.

It seems to me, that it's a hole at the top of the pill and the medication is 'pushed' though the hole over the course of the day. Is that right?

Yep. That's right. Water from the digestive system slowly absorbs into the tablet and pushes medication out over time.

Wow. That trully is amazing how science is getting. The new Invega pills work the same way as Concerta (OROS).
