okay my first ime to post a poll in a thread. Just dxed and found out some of the wierd things with meds, like how long they last. So how many people get the effective time from manufacturers, e.g. concerta=10hrs. could you state what you are taking.

i figured i would start it. I take ratalin lr 20 mg, and am lucky if i get 5 hours out of it.

I don't take a stimulant anymore but when I did with the Ritalin LA, I could feel when the 2nd dose was kicking in and it was 4 hrs right after I take it.
