I work for a CEO who's diagnosed with ADD. In trying to coach/assist him in his work, we're trying to find out if it's possible to remove the 2 games that come with his T-Mobile Dash. This distraction is a real problem for him and T-Mobile has told me that the games come with the phone and there's no way to remove them...
Has anyone tried to fight this?
It seems to me as if they must have a way to accomodate a user with ADHD since it is a qualified disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Any thoughts?
