Would a diagnosis be from the same type of people that can diagnose/perscribe medicine and stuff as the ADD list?

Usually the neurological testing (games, memory tasks) is done by a Psychologist (PhD or Masters).

This generates a Report.

Usually the drug Rxing is done by a Psychiatrist (MD) after s/he reviews the Testing Report that says "This Patient has Adult ADHD."

Most MDs don't Rx abusable drugs (stimulants) w/o a Testing Report! (Or their app'ts would be filled up with people claiming to have ADHD, and/or drug abusers.)
