I find this program very usefull. This program might only be available in Mac OS X 10.4, I am not sure about 10.3 and down. But anyway, this program is basically post-it notes that you can type stuff into, change the colors, etc.

For me I have one for "Don't forgets", Classes, To-Do lists for today and tomorrow, etc.

If find it very useful. I have been able to remember what I need to do a bit better! Hope this helps any of you ADD Mac users out there!

It's default location is in the Applications folder.
