EYEFORGOT 02-06-07, 07:51 AM Other members have seemed to indicate that they do, perhaps if any come in generic form? Calling and asking might get more specific information. LittleD1981 02-06-07, 08:13 AM Hey, I'm near Detroit too! Yeah, I've heard other members say that Costco sells generic Adderall at a fair price. What I have noticed online, though, is that pharmacy sites (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) do not list controlled substances online, and don't give out prices on them. Perhaps that is all it is. I would give Costco a call. emo537 02-16-07, 12:38 PM hey guys, Yeah, Costco sells Adderall and all. I think I ran into the same thing where i couldn't find it listed on the website to get a price and all. You either have to call or go there i guess. Costco's prices are great, I got 60 generic 10mg Adderall IR for like $24. You don't have to have a membership either. You ought to check it out. eric 62vetteefp 02-16-07, 03:44 PM I just called on Adderall XR and it was more expensive than getting at the local CVS/Rite Aid. 5mg 30 days. $122 vs. $108. Granted some of us need these meds, there may be street addicts willing to break into/rob a location they know to have "x" supply of what they want. I would think that most pharmacies carry what you were prescribed. I was scripted for Ritalin from my doc, but the pharmacy I went to had it only under the generic name of Methylphenidate, so naming also becomes an issue. Best way to find out is to take your script to the pharmacy and try to fill it. Likely case is that a store that dosent advertise a specific med over the internet would likely not talk about it on the phone either. Best of luck to you! Universal 02-22-07, 11:37 AM i work at costco =) and the pharmacy in costco is the #2 that makes the most money out of the rest of the positions in costco. SamCurt 02-22-07, 01:30 PM Federal laws made it impractical to prescribed stimulants online. DEA Website (http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/faq/internetpurch.htm) An Internet pharmacy may fill valid prescriptions for Schedule II substances if the patient or prescriber provides the pharmacy with the manually signed original prescriptions prior to dispensing. Practically, it is unlikely that most patients will want to wait the time required for such a transaction to be completed. 62vetteefp 02-23-07, 11:35 AM Federal laws made it impractical to prescribed stimulants online. We get 90 days supply of Concerta and Ritalin through Medco, an Online company. Since we do not have my sons meds right yet we buy 30 days at the pharmacy. |
