What do you plan to do with your degree?

I plan on becoming an adolesant psychologist in my own practice, office and everything (private practice). I'm going to school for my bachlers and then going for my masters...

I don't know how it is in Lakewood, but in Memphis it's pretty bad.
Thank God my parents sent me through Private School.
Sadly here, the kids come out not being able to add, subtract, formulate a sentence, or even read well. And this is from High School! :mad:

I know there is a lack of teachers in the inner city schools, and some just pass them to

get rid of them. That is why I want to teach those children. I want them to know that

they can do it. Some one to teach the basics of confidence. If I had a teacher like

wait I did, I want to pass on her legacacy to other children. I know it will be rough,

nothing in life is easy if you really want it.

Oh get those saint hood papers ready, I will frame them along with my degree.

The sainthood papers are on hold due to budget constraints. All employees must now fill out a copy requisition form and submit this to the office for approval. If approved the copies will be made by the office student aide and placed in your mail box. Meanwhile the district has just spent another $250,000 on a constultant who will formulate a plan to address the issue of falling standarized scores. Like the last consultant, this one doesn't know anything about eduction theory, teaching or our kids, but he's 75% more expensive than the last one so we sure he'll do a good job. Please be sure to fill out the paperwork left in your mailboxes on Monday or you will lose your health insurance. Otherwise it is only a slight change in policy, most medications will still be covered as will catastrophic inury. Band-aids and aspirin are available for any other health concerns. By the way, your car is on fire.

Screw the future. With this job, I'll die from stress before I see it.
