Does anyone else have variable tolerance to frustration, or a low frustration level in general? I find sometimes I can face the most stressful or disappointing moments and still come out cool as a cucumber. Other times, after various tense events, one small act will set me off like a rocket, and I will completely lose my cool. Ironically, most of the things that have set me off in the past have been ADD related.

Absolutely!
It can be such an effort to deal with everything that comes with ADD. What will really get to me is the things that people might take for granted requires medication and "training" for me to do. Or when I miss chunks of information because my brain just isn't hearing all of the information.
Fun isn't it? :P

I embrace crisis situations :D it's the one time I am calm and controlled, while everyone else runs around like a chook with no head:p I think the *one small event* is usually a culmination of a LOT of *one small events* we haven't lost it at..and the *straw that broke the camels back* etc etc
I doubt you are alone :faint:
