I keep trying to post but it says I'm not allowed ? Do you know why?

and why did this post go through? and not the others I've tried...What could I be doing wrong?

Do you log out after you visit the website? You may be mistakenly on the site without actually being logged into your account. When you are logged in, it should tell you so in the upper right hand corner on the main page. When you are logged in, you have the option to "log out" in that same box..
You would have to have been logged into the system to post this message.
