I am taking college algebra next quarter and I just bought my book today.
I have not taken math classes in 10 years. I am so rusty. Is there anything or anywhere I can go for a refresher to remind myself of what algrebra is? lol I am worried to death.
When I took it I was in the same boat. The beginning of the class should be a refresher of basic algebra skills, but if you are seriously in doubt, there are a lot of refrence books on the subject. I actually went and took the pre algebra class, but that turned out to be a big ole waste of time. I think you will do just fine.

Thanks. I may be hitting up barnes and noble for a college algebra for dummies book lol. I swear alot of it seems so familiar. I know that if I have it just worded in laymans terms I will be able to get it lol.
Heres a Link to quite a few ebooks online:
http://www.xpmath.com/ebooks/math.php
Also a few math links that I have handy:
http://www.algebasics.com/2set.html (they sort of explain everything nicely)
http://mathforum.org/library/topics/algebra/ (a huge resource)
Hope this helps.
An online resource that I used (still use) quite a bit is www.sosmath.com (http://www.sosmath.com)
I found that a lot of their examples are broken down really well so I could understand them better. The biggest problem I have had with math and science is that i am never satisfied with the "it is because it is" definition. I always want to know WHY it is, so I have to look deeper into the subject.

The college should offer a preperatroy class that you can take (as an audit) for free if you are taking at least 12 credits. At my school you can audit a course for free that way. Since the college math prep class will probably offer 0 credits, if you can take it for free that's a good option to help ease into the algebra and get your math skills refreshed and ready to go... Good luck...
