Hey People.

I'm going through an extremely stressful time right now and I'm needing some support.

Just last night, I had one of my neighbours bang on my cabin door and threaten me with violence as well as being called all kinds of names, I did the right thing and stayed inside even though I wanted to get out there and fight (I was SOOOOO angry) and this morning I went up to the landlord/management and put in a complaint which was better than handling it physically and they did a good job and told this woman's friend (who was a former friend of mine and 3 others) to leave the park and never come back.

There were 3 incidence leading to this, one My 1st friend was having a debate with her fiancee about his drinking (she was sick and ended up having to go to the hospital) and this former friend stepped in and interfered in the argument when she had no business doing so and when my friend told this woman to shut her mouth and butt out, the lady stepped up and wanted to fight (she was fairly drunk) and since then there's been further discord with threats, rumours etc etc.

The 2nd incidence involved the 1st friend as well where she was falsely accused of commenting on someone's sexual behaviour and what she said was 'J chases boys' and from that someone twisted it and told J that K said she was a **** which was never said at all but J threatened to kick my friend in the guts and is still carrying this garbage on, she's also not allowed back in the park.

The 3rd incidence involves a poxy $99 mobile phone where my 2nd friend was falsely accused of stealing which we know for 100% fact she did not steal and now because I've stood up for both of these women I'm now the bad guy and I'm now being harrased and threatened with violence.

I'm not normally a cop happy person but I will bring the police into it if I have to and now my friends are moving out and so am I as I cannot and will not live in such an environment.

There is a large difference between being "cop happy" and calling them to do their duty. If you feel seriously threatened, call them. Be strong, dont give in to the other peoples childish ways. Sometimes the best stratagy is to avoid contact with them all together.

Sounds like time for a change of scenery Selena, and if there's nothing tying you to the area, it could be a good time to move cities or states. It's not like it could be much worse anywhere else....
My first thoughts are always to get revenge or something, but then I come to my senses and either let things take their course, or involve the police. I've only ever involved the police once, and I was glad I did. And I'm definately not a 'cop happy' person!

Sounds stressful.

I know my own living situation has been stressful at times. Twice in two weeks my 12 lb. dog was attacked by bigger dogs in my apartment building. The one dog (husky) had her around the neck and almost killed her. Management is ineffective.

If you can afford to move, I'd suggest you find a calmer crowd where there is less immaturity (false accusations you mention) and no alcohol (u mention drinking is a problem).

You deserve better than that rubbish. Look out for yourself, and see the silver lining of moving to a better place.

Chris: I plan on moving to the Northside of Brisbane till July and then interstate so you're right when you say a change of scenery is a good idea.

Emma: These people are more immature than high schoolers, in fact they are pathetic, this is worse than high school as these people are suppose to be adult but they're acting like kids and even kids are more mature and you're right I don't need this rubbish and I'm doing something about it.
