I found an article online that mentions about using methylphenidate for ADHD and clonodine for tics as a duel therapy:

I take tenex and wellbutrin for adhd and anxiety.

Tenex andclonidine are very similar. Tenex is a newer med and typically is more effective and has fewer side effects than clonidine.

Tenex and clonidine are very good for the hyperactive aspect of adhd. They are also good for tics, anxiety ocd, etc...they tend to reduce anxiety.

You need to add on a stimulant of some kind to address the issue with attention in ADHD because tenex and clonidine don't do anything to help attention.

Me :D

Yea but I can't take tenex because it gave me a rash. I don't think it helped the tics at all either...
