Can't really say cuz what may work for me may not work for you... Universal 02-22-07, 04:53 PM but in your "opinion" though netsavy006 02-22-07, 04:57 PM Even as an opinion I'm not sure... Universal 02-23-07, 10:04 AM I think a combination of an SSRI antidepressant (for your anxiety) and a stimulant (for the ADD) might be the best option for you but of course speak to the doctor first... i shall do dat ! , what you think of dexadrine ? i heard some good stuff about it, but i also wanna try clonidine and i don't know which one to start first, is dexadrine a stimulant ? prurigro 02-23-07, 12:54 PM sorry you mighta missed it cuz it was a tiny bit technically- simply speaking, stimulants activate the same part of the brain that naturally makes things easier to remember-- so stims would probably be better stims include all add medication other than strattera, and are all either d-amphetamine (dexadrine) d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine mixed (adderall) methamphetamine (dexoxyn) and methylphindate(definitely spelled that one wrong, but ritalin) -- there are other meds people use for add too but I dont think any are specifically prescribed for add (modonafil and antidepressants) I cant say if those work well as I haven't tried em, but dex works fantastically :) Matt S. 02-23-07, 02:29 PM the most potent stimulant available may help... Dexedrine or Desoxyn. I know with a behavioral LD per say I only am helped by those two. |
