Does anyone know if you can take heartburn meds with Strattera? I just found out that I have acid reflux. The ENT reccomended I take prilosec, but I forgot to tell him I was taking strattera. Anyone heard of interactions between the two?

3 seperate websites revealed that there are no interactions between strattera and prilosec but please don't take this as final word. I'd call either the ENT or your strattera 'prescriber'.

I've been using a generic version of pepcidAC to control the heartburn associated with the strattera. no problems so far. but the advice to check with the doc is the best course of action

I checked with my doc and found out that its ok to take strattera with heartburn meds, but I still didnt want to pay for prilosec otc, so he gave me a script for Aciphex. Seems to be working fine so far.
