What can I do for my scalp psoriasis?

I can't afford the Rx shampoo and unfortunatly w/o it, the psorisis gets really bad. I only have it in my head luckally, but I'd like to know if there are other ways of reducing the itching and the flakes (plaques)...

Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo, two or three times a week. Can get it at the drug store.

My hubby has it bad too. Said this works the best.

This suggestion is a little different, but then so am I! LOL.

From time to time I take barley green tablets to change the pH of my body from more acid to alkali. (Acidy causes the heartburn, reflux, etc.) anywya,, when I take them, my scalp clears up, my face clears up, and any wounds heal up very quickly. Weird, but they are good for the whole body.
