Welcome Nana!!:D

Well, you've come to the right spot. I too have a 13 year old daughter and it has been a bumpy road. Not only is she AD/HD but she also was recently dx'd with OCD, ODD, Bipolar, and deep depression. Since she is Bipolar we are unable to treat the AD/HD due to the medication would cause mania.

The best medicine is to take time to laugh together, just as Claudia stated. And feel free to vent here. Along with everybody else here, we all have learned coping skills along the way, and although what might work for one child may not always work for another (gotta love indivualization) it never hurts to keep on trying.

Smile, that way people will wonder what your up too.:D

Huggz and my thoughts are with you.
