You know...the one with increased protein and decreased simple carbs.
Ever since I started following his food plan, I have had an increase of energy, that's good. The recent problem is that I have too much energy! Lately, I've been so hyper that I feel like I can jump out of my skin. My racing thoughts have increased also. Perhaps this diet is making my ADHD worse? :confused: :(
