I get the mall the time, I get super board, and look for just about anything fun to do, but then 5 minutes I'm bored with it, and onto something else,

So what do you do when your board and looking for something to do?

Well... usually I surf the internet for random things (quite typical anyway, but gets worse). Sometimes I play around with random programming ideas (which doesn't last for very long). When I'm really bored, I have a tendency to walk/drive around to "daydream" (more than I already normally do). Even while doing the previous two, I'm still "dreaming" anyway.

dream is what I do too.

... can play out a whole idea in a dream.

Recently dropped off some top tip gadget thingies on the forum - three - none of which have come out.
I realised that I'd somehow switched their specs into reality - in my head - played with them - gotten bored with them - and ...

... all of this as pre-empting a search for the 'next generation' on the net.

The dawning awareness that it was kinda' premature to look for the next but one generation was freakin' weird.

So - I guess the creativity was sucked into the imagination of the pleasure which one might have with techy gadgets - all in a dream (really - without realising) - only for the dawning into consciousness of this having occurred - occurring 'wayyy' after the dreams had run their course.

So - like HF ... believin' in day dreamin' ...

I have managed to entertain myself by sewing up a new coat for myself...

By cutting up a old pair of shorts, and I have as much skill with a pair of sissors as a dull buchers cleaver..

But hey, its working! hurray for inpulsive creativeitiviry...

I usually mess around with the PSP, of course, but sometimes I begin surfing the internent for whatever I can add to PSP for free (certain plugins to creat special effects, presets for SuperBlade Pro, the plugin I use to create 3-D lettering, etc.) or look for more tubes (the backgroundless images I use to assemble the graphics), or start tubing pics that did not come that way (take out the background so I can use it any way I want to). Or I try to cook up a new signature theme, like the idea when I had the sig pics changing in each post (I had help from another bored board member on that one). I have a new theme I am working on to make a series of sigs to revolve again...HOUSEWORK is boring! I try to avoid it when at all possible :D.

I also play ADHD games with the Kid, sometimes the whole family joins in. The latest game is "They'd Never Say..." and we choose characters from games and anime and make jokes about they would never say.

Gaara of the Desert: "Alright, who stole my eyeliner??"
Rock Lee: "Where are my eyebrow tweezers?"
Cloud Strife: "Who borrowed my hair gel?"

Etc...those are just simple ones but you get the point. We make this stuff up and it can go on for weeks or even months. That's the beauty of having ADHD and never living inside the box; it gets really fun and funny if you stretch yourself when you are bored.

I usually clean the house, or detail the cars, or something like that.
Sometimes I sit down and find out how to get more out of what I'm making at work.
I suck at art, using my hands except for playing PS2 games, etc.
I used to write, a lot.
I put out a writing every day or so, for years.
Don't know what I did with all of them though.
ADD is not a desirable trait if you want to keep up with things.:D

Lately, I'll sit down and noodle at the piano.

I used to do mixed media art and jewelry making, but haven't been into it much in the past 8 months or so ... I'd like to get my enthusiasm back for that.
